Organizational Justice:
Rego, A., Leite, R., Carvalho, T., Freire, C. & Vieira, A. (2004). Organizational Commitment: Toward a Different Understanding of the Ways People Feel Attached to Their Organizations. Management Research, 2(3), 201-218.  

Individuals are invited to report their justice perceptions through a questionnaire containing items selected from an instrument developed and validated by Rego (2000). It measures four justice dimensions: distributive, procedural, interpersonal and informational justice.
