Spirituality at work is measured through six-point self-report scales. They came from two sources. The first one was the literature (Ashmos and Duchon, 2000, Milliman et al., 2003), the other one being the content analysis of the answers of organizational members. The scales measure five dimensions: team’s sense of community, alignment between organizational and individual values, sense of contribution to the community, sense of enjoyment at work, opportunities for the inner life.

If you want to contact the first author to receive the version of the scales in Portuguese, e-mail Arménio Rego at armenio.rego@ua.pt
