The Iberoamerican Academy of Management (IAoM) was founded in 1997 and is an affiliate of the Academy of Management. IAoM’s members are academics, students and professionals interested in management issues of Iberoamerican organizations.
Our Mission
To foster the general advancement of knowledge in the theory and practice of management among iberoamerican scholars and/or those academics interested in iberoamerican issues. Iberoamerica is defined broadly to include all of Latin America, Latino populations in North America, and Spain/Portugal.
Our Vision
To perform and support educational activities that contribute to intellectual and operational leadership in the field of management within an Iberoamerican context.
