Exchange — New calls!
AOM Andes Connect at IAE Business School (Buenos Aires) over two sessions: Thursday, June 18, 2026 (full day), and Friday, June 19, 2026 (morning only).
This intensive AOM program is designed for doctoral students and junior faculty to develop and strengthen research capabilities in organizational and strategy studies, build local research communities, and increase the region’s capacity to produce high-impact research. These workshops will take place twice a year in Argentina and Chile over a period of 2-3 years.
The second workshop will be held at IAE Business School (Buenos Aires) over two sessions: Thursday, June 18, 2026 (full day), and Friday, June 19, 2026 (morning only). It will feature keynote talks by distinguished international scholars as well as interactive workshops designed to foster collaborative research. Please save these dates in your calendars. Most importantly, this year we will include research presentations from participants, maintaining the spirit of this initiative: to encourage the development of organizational and strategy research from and about Latin America. Further details regarding the program, format, and invited speakers will be shared in the coming weeks.
We welcome submissions of research summaries at all stages of development, from early project ideas to recently published work. Submissions may be written in English or Spanish, should not exceed 400 words, and must be received by April 12, 2026. Please note that some sessions, including keynote talks, may be delivered in English if distinguished scholars do not speak Spanish. The submission form is available at this https://fenuchile.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3VjPPEhw1Sn2hme.
We also offer a significant number of scholarships to support travel for doctoral students living outside Buenos Aires, Argentina. The application form for these scholarships is available at: https://fenuchile.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_1Y7a46ZFouZZPkW.
We look forward to coming together this year as a community of peers, sharing our work, and strengthening our networks of collaboration. Please help us spread the word among management scholars, as this is an excellent opportunity to connect with young researchers, form research teams, and learn from the best in our field.
