Len J. Treviño (PhD, Indiana University) is Director of International Business Programs and SBA Communications Distinguished Professor of International Business at Florida Atlantic University. His research focuses on the antecedents and consequences of foreign direct investment, the internationalization strategies of multinational enterprises, gender and diversity, and cross-cultural management. Dr. Treviño has published in leading international business and management journals, including Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management, Journal of World Business, Academy of Management Learning & Education, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Journal of International Business Policy, International Business Review, Journal of International Management, and Management International Review. He has taught international management classes at all levels throughout Iberoamerica.

Martin Larraza-Quintana is full professor of management at Universidad Pública de Navarra (UPNA) and is member of its Institute for Advanced Research in Business and Economics (INARBE). He has a large teaching experience in both at the undergraduate and graduate (master and PhD) level. His research reflects his interest in the study of the decision-making behavior of people within organizations. Based on this broad interest, his research activity has made contributions to the scientific international debate in the areas of human resource management, strategy, family businesses and entrepreneurship. Vice-PresidentErica Salvaj is Professor of General Management and Strategy at Universidad del Desarrollo (UDD), Chile and Visiting Scholar at Universidad de San Andres, Argentina. Her primary fields of research are strategy, leadership, social networks, corporate governance, international business, gender and business history. She completed her Ph.D. in Business Administration at IESE Business School, Barcelona, was GCEE Fellow at Babson College and has received fellowships and research grants from the Argentinean and Chilean National Commissions for Scientific and Technological Research. José Ernesto Amorós is Professor and Doctoral Programs Director at EGADE Business School, Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico. Until December 2015 he was a Professor and Executive Director of the Entrepreneurship Institute at Universidad del Desarrollo, Chile. He’s visiting professor at several Latin American and European universities. He holds a PhD in Management Sciences from ESADE Business School, Spain. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and MSc in Marketing from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Member of several academic organizations including member of the Board of the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor, GEM, project and VP of Iberoamerican Academy of Management. His research interests are entrepreneurship and competitiveness, entrepreneurship and regional development, and corporate entrepreneurship. Dr. Amorós has written more than 50 academic articles which have been published in major international journals. Desirée Pacheco is Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship at IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. Prior to her doctoral studies, Professor Pacheco worked as a management and technology consultant with Accenture. During this experience, she worked with a variety of retail companies in defining their strategic direction and implementing new processes and systems. In addition, Professor Pacheco has more than 10 years of experience teaching courses in the areas of entrepreneurship and strategic management, and her teaching combined active consulting with more than 50 startups and small businesses. Dr Pacheco’s research interests relate to the interface between institutions, entrepreneurship, and firm strategy. She applies these areas of research to the study of sustainable business. She is particularly interested in the strategies that entrepreneurs undertake to bring about institutional change, such as changes in policies, industry practices, and norms. She also studies the effect of social movement activism on emerging industries and the new ventures that operate within them, and the ability of emerging industries to drive cultural shifts. Her more recent research also examines female entrepreneurship in economically constrained environments.

Monica Franco-Santos is a Reader (Associate Professor) of Organizational Governance and Performance in Cranfield School of Management, UK. Her research broadly focuses on organizational governance systems. In particular, her work examines the design, implementation, and use of performance measures, targets and rewards as well as the impact that these mechanisms have on behaviour and decision-making. Luiz Mequita is an associate professor of management in the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He joined ASU in 2003. His prior academic appointments include positions with Austral University and Purdue University. He has also served as project director for International Business Development, Deere & Company, was a commercial coordinator for Valmet, Inc., and a consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton and the Inter Amercian Development Bank. Professor Mequita's research interests are in the area of competitive and cooperative coordination among firms. Under this broad umbrella, he has examined the performance implications related to how parties (either dyadic as in alliances, or multi-party as in geographical clusters) leverage governance mechanisms to coordinate the investments in as well as the use of shared resources. Ronaldo Parente PhD is the Knight Ridder Eminent Scholar in International Business and Professor of Strategy at Florida International University. His research focus is on the overlap between strategy and international management, with special attention on emerging economies, innovation ecosystems, sharing economy, global supply chains, and internationalization strategies. Dr. Parente's research has appeared in many leading academic journals, including Journal of International Business Studies, Long Range Planning, Global Strategy Journal, and Journal of Management Studies among others. Dr. Parente has been a visiting scholar at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), both in Brazil. Dr. Parente serves on Editorial Review Boards for JIBS, GSJ, TIBR, JWB, and JIM.
