Jorge Gonzalez

Jorge A. Gonzalez is a Professor of Management at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. He received his Ph.D. in Management from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. He conducts academic research on diversity and inclusion in organizations, business relationships, work stress, leadership, and cross-cultural organizational behavior with a focus on Latin America. His research has been published in academic journals such as Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Organization Studies, and Personnel Psychology, among others.
