Maria Fernanda Wagstaff
Fernanda Wagstaff is an associate professor in the Department of Marketing and Management at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). Fernanda received her Ph.D. from Texas A&M University. Her work has appeared in journals such as Journal of International Business Policy, Journal of Management Education, Corporate Reputation Review, Personnel Psychology, Human Resource Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Applied Psychology: An International Review, International Journal of Selection and Assessment, and International Journal of Human Resource Management. She is a member of the Academy of Management, the Iberoamerican Academy of Management, and the Academy of International Business. She is the recipient of the Robert E. and Jacqueline Skov Professorship in Business Ethics and directs UTEP’s Center for Multicultural Management and Ethics. Fernanda acts as Associate Editor of Management Research and sits on the editorial board of the International Journal of Human Resource Management. She is the winner of the 2021 “Responsible Research in Management Award” co-sponsored by the Academy of Management Fellows and the Responsible Research in Business and Management.
