The Present and Future of Management in Iberoamerica:
Research and Innovation in the Age of AI
In the rapidly evolving field of management, new trends and research directions continue to emerge, offering fresh insights and innovative approaches to tackling contemporary challenges. As we navigate the current era, shaped by technological advancements such as AI and digitalization, it is essential to explore how these changes intersect with broader management practices and theories.
The XIII International Conference of the Iberoamerican Academy of Management invites paper submissions from scholars and professionals at all career stages, covering a wide range of topics within the management discipline. This conference provides a platform for scholars and practitioners to share research findings, case studies, and lived experiences, enriching our collective understanding, and fostering collaborative solutions to these challenges.
We are particularly interested in research contributions that offer theoretical and methodological rigor, including those that provide practical insights applicable to the Iberoamerican region across our selected conference tracks.
