Participants at the workshop Challenges of Iberoamerican Organizations in the Era of Artificial Intelligence: Collaborative Solutions through Lego® Serious Play® addressed the following key questions:
- How can we adopt AI while preserving our cultural identity?
- What new competencies must be developed for the digital era?
- How can AI foster sustainability and innovation in leadership?
- And why Lego® Serious Play®?

The workshop was led by Jesús Molina Gómez, director of the FinTech Chair, together with his team from the Universidad de Málaga: Jose Manuel Nuñez Sanchez, Javier Moreno (on site), and Isaac Albarracin Pons (online). The session generated highly engaging results through teamwork, reflection, and creativity.
On the water, the PDW Leading the Boat – Discussing Leadership, Teamwork, Resilience & Purpose Through the Lens of Kayaking offered a unique perspective on leadership under uncertainty.
Led by Erica Salvaj and Tor Hernes, the session applied the CLAP model (Communication, Line of Sight, Anticipation, Positioning) to the practice of kayaking, demonstrating how teamwork, resilience, and purpose can be developed in challenging but inspiring environments.

We closed our participation in AOM 2025 in Copenhagen with a social gathering that was much more than an informal encounter – it was a fantastic opportunity to reconnect and celebrate achievements.
Stay tuned, as our journey continues, and we look forward to seeing you at future events.
