Iberoamerican Division Doctoral Student Consortium 2026
Applications are now open for the Iberoamerican Division Doctoral Student Consortium, to be held in person at the Academy of Management Annual Meeting 2026 in Philadelphia, USA.
The Consortium offers doctoral students an opportunity to receive guidance, feedback, and mentoring on key aspects of the doctoral journey, while connecting with peers and senior scholars working in management and business research.

Who Can Apply?
The Consortium is open to doctoral students at any stage who are actively working on their dissertation. Applicants should be on track to have their dissertation or thesis proposal approved by their supervisory committee before the conference.
Please note that candidates who have already completed their PhD are not eligible to apply.
How to Apply
Participation is free of charge, but advance registration is required. Applicants must submit the following materials by April 4, 2025:
- A 1–2 page CV including contact information, academic background, research and teaching interests, and research record
- A dissertation or thesis proposal (maximum 3 pages)
- An endorsement from the applicant’s dissertation advisor or doctoral program supervisor

Applicants will be notified of acceptance or rejection by April 25, 2025.
Iberoamerican AoM Research Award
The Iberoamerican AoM Research Award recognizes the best doctoral research abstract in management and business administration, with particular emphasis on originality, scientific quality, and methodological rigor.
The award highlights research focused on the Iberoamerican context and its organizational, economic, and social dynamics. The recipient will receive a certificate of recognition.
